The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were excellent (which was expected for a brandnew hotel).
Difficulty to find the hotel phone number for the booking.

Staff were very amiable and attentive!
The room was wonderful and welcoming and the breakfast was great. The location was exceptionally nice, within walking distance of the beach. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Erromardie. Truly enjoyed the really nice restaurant.

About the only hotel in St Jean De Luz you can book for just one night. Staff were very helpful and the site was very clean and well maintained.
The bed was a bit too hard

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with extra furniture and a fantastic view. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony, where I could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.
All was fine, no complaints.

Very good location to exlore the area. Menus interesting. Room excellent with balcony and views of sea and mountains. Would return if we decide to explore the area further in the future. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant.
Bath towels very small. Kettle provided but no coffee/tea etc. These were provided in a box when provided but had to ask for milk and then buy this from a local shop.

This hotel boasts excellent location, being a stone's throw from the delightful beach. You can enjoy strolls along the coast without the crowds. the rooms are neat and spacious, with well-presented bathrooms. the friendly staff is there to assist as needed. the breakfast has a reasonable selection.
The restaurant is very busy, and it is hard to find a table at times.

The hotel is modern, clean, quiet (at least when the pool is not open) and excellently situated near one of the more uncrowded beaches of St. Jean de Luz. It was a little more costly than I normally pay but reasonable value for the place and time of year - August.
The only slight problem was the signage. The sign board for the hotel is too fussy and it isn't obvious when driving past (which we did 3 times) that it is the hotel. Worse, in our case, was that the sign assumes that you approach it from the main road. We came upon it from the t-junction for the most direct road from town, and thus the sign was end-on to us.

Stayed at the Odalys Erromardie and had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful beaches and inland communities. The hotel location was perfect for day trips by car, and the service was exceptional. Loved using the hotel as a base for our adventure.

Nice hotel, clean, close to the beaches, with a big swimming pool.
Be careful when you park you car. They have concrete blocks to mark the parking spaces that are lethal to your tires if you ever hit them. My tire got slashed and had to be changed at the nearby Renault dealer for about 153 euros, and the hotel didn't seem to be too eager to fix this major problem. I probably wasn't the first one this happened to and in the US, this hotel would get sued constantly for poor parking facilities.
